Kovan's grandmother has just had her leg amputated by the doctors in city. Kovan aged 14 gets assignments from his father to take the leg to their village, and make a proper burial for it with Mullah, in order for his grandmother to have her leg back in second life. But the leg's smell gets worse and worse, and Kovan gets distracted by all sort of situations which he encounters.
